SV	Toen nam hij het volk, en deelde hen in drie hopen, en hij legde lagen in het veld; en hij zag toe, en ziet, het volk trok uit de stad, zo maakte hij zich tegen hen op, en sloeg hen.
WLC	וַיִּקַּ֣ח אֶת־הָעָ֗ם וַֽיֶּחֱצֵם֙ לִשְׁלֹשָׁ֣ה רָאשִׁ֔ים וַיֶּאֱרֹ֖ב בַּשָּׂדֶ֑ה וַיַּ֗רְא וְהִנֵּ֤ה הָעָם֙ יֹצֵ֣א מִן־הָעִ֔יר וַיָּ֥קָם עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם וַיַּכֵּֽם׃
Trans.	wayyiqq^aḥ ’eṯ-hā‘ām wayyeḥĕṣēm lišəlōšâ rā’šîm wayye’ĕrōḇ baśśāḏeh wayyarə’ wəhinnēh hā‘ām yōṣē’ min-hā‘îr wayyāqām ‘ălêhem wayyakēm:

AC	מג ויקח את העם ויחצם לשלשה ראשים ויארב בשדה וירא והנה העם יצא מן העיר ויקם עליהם ויכם
ASV	And he took the people, and divided them into three companies, and laid wait in the field; and he looked, and, behold, the people came forth out of the city; And he rose up against them, and smote them.
